-Meet / zoom/ phone with family up to 3 times before event to coordinate all event activities.

-Suggest memorial favors/keepsakes for guests to take home

-Suggest and help design and facilitate activities, rituals and ceremonies to include during the memorial

-Suggest and help design and facilitate memorial activities for kids

-A personalized memorial or celebratory video will be designed and created. The video can then be viewed and shared at the memorial and/or online

-Will curate personalized music or special song choices to be played as guests arrive and during event

-Provide P.A. system/ sound so all people speaking at event will be heard clearly. I will remain at event to make sure everything works properly and event sound and music run smoothly

-Coordinate guests who will be speaking at event. Provide coaching on public speaking

-Personalized speaking prompts provided to help guest speakers stay on track

-Emcee memorial: greetings/announcements/introductions

-Boxes of Kleenex provided
